This retail center is located on the corner of Cowley and 2nd Avenue, East of the Central Business District in Spokane, WA. The project consists of two 5600 sf spaces that are used for retail showroom and warehouse. The center was originally designed and built by Gib Brumback as a retail investment. A few years later the complex was converted to retail condominiums and sold to business owners that wanted the opportunity to own their own real estate that they could run their businesses out of and have the benefit of real estate ownership.
