Currently Brumback Real Estate and Construction is working on 2 projects in Spokane.
- The restoration and renovation of The 508 West building located at 508 W. 6th Ave, Spokane. This 18 month long project will be a conversion of an office building and unused parking garage into 117 Studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments with spectacular views of downtown Spokane, complete with a pharmacy, coffee shop and hair salon in the lobby. Scheduled Completion : Winter 2021-2022
- The Retreat at 5-Mile is a new construction modern apartment building. Soaring 5 stories high, this state of the art building will provide Studio and 1 bedroom luxury apartment homes with amazing views of the north side. Scheduled Completion: Summer 2021
