Marycliff Office Park

The Marycliff Office Park is located at Seventh Avenue on the South Hill in Spokane, WA. This historical campus was converted from a Catholic school campus to an office complex during the early 1980’s. The partnership of Brumback and Thompson was working with the owners of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in Spokane, WA, to relocate their Spokane headquarters. During this time frame, Brumback and Thompson were working with the new owner of the Marycliff campus to buy an old two story brick school building to convert to a three story, 20,000 sf, English Tudor office building. The agency and agents became the anchor tenants for this new 20,000 sf office complex. We converted the new building into an office condominium with the agency taking one and a half floors, and the agents taking one floor, leaving half of a floor to sell from 1985-1987. This was accomplished very quickly by two professional businesses.
