This 16,800sf steel distribution center was built in 1978.  The facility consisted of warehouse and a 1,400sf office space.  The facility was built on a three acre tract of land that was land leased for 35 years plus option periods.  The original lease period was for ten years.  This investment package was negotiated, developed and owned by Gib Brumback, the founder of the company.
