This quaint Spanish style apartment complex, located on South Grand Boulevard on the South Hill in Spokane, WA offered a unique condo conversion opportunity along with a condo development opportunity to Gib Brumback and Terry Thompson (partner in the project). Along with the acquisition of this small apartment complex, the developers acquired a small piece of ground adjacent to the complex (East). This strip of ground located on Sumner Avenue, was very steep and narrow, facing North with spectacular views of the City of Spokane and beyond. The partners converted the apartments to condominiums and designed a five unit residential condominium on the adjacent land. The site was acquired, converted, built, and sold out within 18 months.
