Nicholas joined Brumback Real Estate in 2006 and holds the position of Vice President of Brokerage & Development, helping to oversee the general operations of the company as well as plan for the company’s future.  He is a commercial sales and leasing agent for the brokerage, manages properties, manages aspects of construction during projects, and is involved in the feasibility and planning of all future developments.  Due to his background as a financial analyst and consultant, Nicholas also works with start-ups and established companies, helping to develop business plans, financial projections, buy-out/succession strategies, and general planning. 

Nicholas grew up in Spokane Valley, WA and attended West Valley High School.  After high school, Nick attended Eastern Washington University and graduated with two degrees and a minor.  The majors received were; a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.  His minor was Philosophy with an emphasis in ethics.  In 2005, Nicholas graduated from the MBA program at Eastern Washington University.
