Gib Brumback is the President, Broker, and Founder of Brumback Real Estate. Gib began his career in real estate in the early 1970's in Denver, CO and Dallas, TX. He was mainly involved in resort and luxury real estate projects. In 1974, he and his wife Susan moved from Dallas, TX to Spokane. Gib joined Rothrock & Associates as a commercial sales agent. In 1978, he decided to take the step of starting his own brokerage firm. This same year, he built his first commercial development project. Since then, Gib has built dozens of projects ranging from office, medical office, mini-storage, gas stations, retail centers, sub-divisions, and residential and commercial condos. And has been an active member of the commercial real estate community in Spokane. He was also one of the principal leaders behind the fundraising and development of Plante's Ferry Park. Notably one of the most successful private sector, civic developments in Spokane.
