This 16,800 sf steel distribution center was built in 1978.  The facility consisted of warehouse and a 1400 sf office space.  The facility was built on a three (3) acre tract of land that was land leased for 35 years plus option periods.  The original lease period was for ten (10) years.  This investment package was negotiated, developed and owned by Gib Brumback, the founder of the company.
