The Edgewater Village Condominiums

The Edgewater Village Apartments were converted to condominiums in 1979. This 86 unit apartment complex was known as the largest condominium conversion project done in the Spokane area at that time. The project was marketed for first time home buyers and empty nesters that were looking for leisure and maintenance free living. This project paved the way for future condominium developments and consulting in residential, commercial, warehouse, general office, and medical office developments that Brumback Consulting Inc. participated in over the past 30 years.
